Meghans place was amazing! My family& I spent the day in Osooyos that day coming from Vancouver and I told Meghan we would be checking in pretty late which she had no problem with! she also gave us a complimentary extra hour for check out which was really great since we got settled pretty late in the night as well. she was also very very helpful& replied quick when i got myself into a bee sting situation! The location is great and was close to everything in the area. we loved Meghans place even if we only got to enjoy it for a little bit. I wish we had more time to explore Penticton 🙁

Really a nice place. Good location, close to most things with a brief walk. The street out in front of the townhouse is a bit busy, but it was quiet at night inside the house, and the fence in the front made us feel like the kids were safe and protected from the cars. The amenities at the apartment were all very nice - kitchen, bathroom, cabinets, were all really nice. The beds were quite comfortable and there was plenty of space for all our gear and stuff. Our 3 kids worked great in the second bedroom (bunk plus a queen bed). Parking was easy. We used the bbq grill on the patio several times and it worked great. The washer dryer in the unit was also very convenient and the AC worked well - a welcome amenity after getting back from a hot day at the beach! Meghan was great, very responsive.

Great place with parking which is important when renting a car. Easy access to everything. We really enjoyed the outdoor space, bbq worked perfect and the tank ran out which was promptly filled the next morning. Kitchen well stocked with pots, pans and dishes as my husband loves to cook!

We were so happy with our 6 night stay at the Songbird. Meghan is an excellent host! Quick to communicate, very friendly and helpful. The cottage is absolutely adorable and in great location. The outdoor space is lovely, and the hot tub was definitely an added bonus. I spent a lot of time indoors with our 6 month old and it was such a nice space to keep her entertained. Kitchen is beautiful! The only down side was no a/c, however there are so many fans and as long as you open up the windows at night and keep the blinds shut during the day, it remained quite comfortable. Can’t wait to return! 🙂

We had a great time staying here. Excellent location, walking distance to the beach, to restaurants, and to the channel for a nice float. We were also able to walk to the escape room ‘Desmios’ (definitely recommend checking this place out). The place was perfect for what we wanted. A table to play board games, lawn space for games in the yard, and beach towels we could use for swimming at the lake. The home was clean and we had all the kitchen supplies we needed.

Great villa with all amenities at a great price and super convenient for everything, particularly hockey camps/SOEC--can get anywhere in Penticton in 5 minutes. Very helpful and accessible host. Neighbourhood is quiet.

Great location, a short walk to the beach, cafes and restaurants, parks, and more. Works well for a family (bunk bed is fun, nice to have a little yard, plenty of room, good kitchen for eating in). Easy parking. And Meghan was a great host, providing lots of local suggestions and responding quickly when we had questions. We would stay again!

What a fantastic little waterfront home! A lovely backyard to luxuriate in, a little beach and dock for all kinds of water access, the house itself is quite spacious and comfortable for six. Highly recommended!

We were a group of 4 plus a small dog and the place accommodated us well. Enjoyed our stay and we would love to come back. Dinners on the patio overlooking the water were a highlight.

Wonderful place to stay with our family. We came back again from last year because of the great memories. Nice to be so close to the lake and so many attractions.

Great location, lovely back yard and very quiet and peaceful. Master bed is large but very very soft so probably not ideal if you prefer firmer mattress or suffer from any sort of back issues. Otherwise kitchen was probably the best stocked I've seen and was very much appreciated.

Thanks Meghan for being an amazing host. The house was sparkling clean, and Meghan was just so warm and welcoming. This house is located at a perfect location. You can see Okanagan lake from the top and enjoy BBQ at the patio. It was our first time in Summerland and would definitely visit again and would book Harmony place everytime we come. We booked the lower suite and it was just so spacious, we thoroughly enjoyed playing pool in the living space. We had a great time in your house. And thank you so much for making dish washer available at such a short notice.

Excellent location, so close to the beach and an excellent jumping off point to see everything in the area. The house was super clean, check in/out was a breeze, and communication with Meghan was great. Would highly recommend Meghan's place for a group stay in Penticton.

This was a very positive experience. Megan sure is a super host!!! Any questions we had were responded to immediately with professionalism, kindness and helpfulness!!! This little get away had the most amazing views ever!!! And has provided memories that will last a lifetime ❤️ we can’t wait to come back! Thank you Meghan for making this the perfect vacation for our family.

Meghan's place was great - good value - close to the event centre and a great walk to the beach! As the sign says - it was another great day in paradise!
