Family fun at its best! We have a variety of sleeping arrangements, including a Queen Master Bedroom and bunk beds for the kids! Okanagan wine country has been ranked the premier destination for foodies, wine and outdoor enthusiasts. Our custom kitchen will suit gourmet meals of local market produce, and the dining table makes room for everyone! Spend your day soaking in the spectacular scenery while meandering through the rolling vineyards and stopping to sip the award-winning wines of our region. Enjoy the short walk to many acclaimed restaurants or simply relax on the Villa’s little patio with twinkle-lit patio lights for BBQ evenings sipping wine from your afternoon of tastings – there are over 200 local wineries to chose from! Whether your ideal vacation in paradise involves beaches, boating, wine tasting, golfing, farmer’s markets, family adventure parks, biking, hiking, or skiing – we have it all in the Sunny Okanagan & we can’t wait to share it with you!

House Rules

  • Smoking, Vaping, Drugs & Marijuana are not permitted on the property – $250 charge applied.  
  • Unauthorized Parties will result in immediate eviction without refund + full damage deposit charged.
  • No Pets – unauthorized pets will result in cancelled booking and additional cleaning fees.
  • Be courteous of our neighbors, quiet time after 10pm – bylaw fines will be a charge back.
  • Please treat the items for use with respect and leave them in the same condition.
  • Damaged linens or missing items will be charged to damage deposit.
  • Please do not move items between units if renting more than one property.
  • Please be thoughtful of the wood floors and carpet, no shoes (high heels damage floor).
  • Please do not detach cables from TV’s or tape & pin things to walls/ceilings.
  • As a primarily owner-occupied building, we host families, couples, athletes & business travelers.
  • Thank-you for treating Harmony House as though it were your own!

Booking Policy

Bookings more than 60 days in advance:

  • Payment 50% deposit and 50% due 60 days prior to check-in. Cancellation up until 60 days prior to check in, minus service fees. Cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival will not be refunded.

Bookings 60 days or less in advance:

  • Payment in full is required upon booking. Cancellations will not be refunded.
  • Guests are responsible to purchase separate trip insurance if needed.
  • Early departures or shortened stays are not eligible for refunds.

Please Note:

Every effort is made to maintain all equipment and amenities at the properties, including but not limited to Hot Tubs, TV’s, Fireplaces, BBQs, AC, Mechanical etc. In the event of this equipment breaking down, we will make every effort to repair it in a timely manner but are unable to issue any kind of refund. Thank you for your understanding. Receipt of your deposit will constitute your acceptance to these terms.
